Our horticultural client is seeking an outgoing and efficient Administrator to support their orchard team in Hastings.
This is a key role where you will be responsible for being the first point of contact at reception, while also carrying out a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth-running of the business.
Your day will involve a range of tasks including:
- Diary and travel management; booking meetings
- Welcoming visitors, answering calls and responding to queries
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Other general administrative tasks as required by the team
This is a full time, permanent position and will suit someone who is super organised and can juggle several tasks at once. Excellent knowledge of administrative processes and MS Office suite is essential.
