What is the recruitment process?

- Understanding your requirements – We discuss the role, your team, and the skills and experience you are looking for.
- Sourcing candidates – We draw from our pool of pre-screened candidates and advertise the role across selected platforms if needed.
- Screening and interviews – We assess all applicants’ skills and experience, screen and interview candidates and short list the most suitable candidates.
- Pre-employment checks – Shortlisted candidates complete our reference checks and a Ministry of Justice Criminal Conviction report.
- Shortlist presentation – We provide you with our shortlisted candidates who best match your requirements.
- Client interviews and selection – You interview your selected candidates and decide who best fits your requirements and who you would like to progress to the offer stage.
- Offer and placement – We assist with the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Throughout the process, we keep you fully updated and work closely with you to ensure the best outcome for your business.

How long does it usually take to fill a vacancy?
Timeframes can vary depending on the role and current market conditions.
We aim to provide a shortlist of candidates as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
What happens if a placement does not work out?
In the rare occurrence that a placement does not work out within the agreed guarantee period, we will discuss suitable replacement options with you.
