Temporary Finance Administrator Urgently Required

• Potential for role to become permanent
• Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client’s team on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with all round financial expertise to contribute to the smooth running of our client’s organisation, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. This position would also suit someone at an Assistant Accountant level.

You will be confident in the following areas:

• Financial and business management
• Fully integrated accounting – Debtors, Creditors, General ledger, Assets Register, and Stock
• Monthly and Annual Accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Payroll – IMS Payroll
• IR reporting/filing

You will need to have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Sound understanding of accounting software
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and organisational competency
• The ability to contribute positively to our team

This role is urgently required and you would need to be available to start at short notice.
