Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a contract basis, covering maternity leave. As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of their operations, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day activities and supporting the Project and Service Managers in delivering exceptional service to their valued clients.

Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in accounts invoicing, processing discounts, handling warrantees and stock control
- Experienced in managing Health and Safety compliance and documentation
- Experienced in providing administration support to managers, file management and application processing
- Comfortable working with Infusion software, or willing to learn
- Exceptional organisational abilities and able to manage priorities and adapt to change as it occurs
- Unflappable with a great sense of humour
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
