Reception / Administrator - Health

Great opportunity for an administrator in the health industry

Our client is after a great team player and communicator with a knack for keeping their systems and processes alive and on point! This will start as a temporary 3-month position that may lead to permanent, full time. The key role is to undertake full office administrative duties and provide clients and referrers with warm, empathetic and knowledgeable advice when making contact with their company. You will also be required to provide outstanding customer service as this role has an overview of receiving and processing all incoming referrals.

The Role:

We are looking for an Administrator who can multitask and prioritise while also keeping our customers at the forefront of everything we do.

Whether it is booking appointments, arranging contracts or answering the phone, we are looking for someone with a commitment to high standards of customer service and a sense of personal responsibility for resolving issues.  Attention to detail is also a ‘must’ with an element of charging and invoicing within this varied role.

The Right Person:

Ideally, you will have:  

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative/project coordination/logistics role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Able to work autonomously and within the team environment
  • A high level of time management with a focus on the detail, able to work under pressure
  • Ability to identify and navigate through problems and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • An intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
