Payroll & Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced office person who has a good understanding in payroll administration with a flexible, team orientated personality and a willingness to support the Accountant and CEO.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Debtors and Creditors
  • PAYE & GST returns
  • General Admin
  • Reception

Experience and skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Working across multiple entities
  • IMS Payroll and advantage

The successful candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work self-directed.  This is a full-time position working Monday to Fridays only 8.00am to 5.00pm.
