Our Client is a successful vehicle dealership in Napier with a reputation for providing exceptional service.  Here is an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with outstanding face to face customer service skills to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer service ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Managing and processing finance and sales documents with clients
  • Reception duties
  • Sales team support
  • General administration duties

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in using your exceptional people skills
  • Be highly organised and task driven
  • Be able to cope with change
  • Computer literate with accuracy and efficiency with basic administration functions
  • Ideally have been in a previous customer service or operational role
  • Great sense of humour and a team player

This is a busy, 7 day a week dealership and the ability to cope with change and add value across the business is essential.  The role is 5 days a week and flexibility and lifestyle will allow for you to be rostered on both Saturday and Sunday to meet the business’s operating hours.
