We are looking for a confident communicator, who can drive our client engagement function supporting client relationships, marketing and sales by reaching out to and responding to our clients using various forms of communication to ensure they receive the support they need.
The ideal candidate for this role must be:
- Professional and highly organised;
- Confident using customer relationship management software and social media;
- Empathetic with excellent listening skills;
- A team player;
- Highly motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
They must also have:
- Strong administrative skills and be computer savvy and adept at MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- The ability to engage easily with a diverse range of people;
- An eye for detail;
- The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility;
- Clean driver’s licence, own reliable vehicle (or regular access to one) and willingness to travel locally as required.
